Ben and Wendy Allen, Principals

Ben Allen is a Grammy-winning record producer based in Atlanta, GA. In 2013, Ben started Sweet Auburn Real Estate when he purchased and renovated 340 Auburn Ave in Atlanta’s famed Sweet Auburn neighborhood. Long-known as the most important African-American neighborhood in the Southeast, Sweet Auburn has seen many waves of development over the last several decades. Now it has become the epicenter of culture in Atlanta, while retaining it’s historical charm.

Wendy Allen has worked in the world of fashion for over 20 years at labels like Vivienne Westwood, Tibi, Kate Spade and most recently Atlanta’s own Spanx. Wendy is SARE’s most important aesthetic resource, handling all of our sourcing and design work on projects like 340 Auburn Ave as well as rental properties in the English Ave neighborhood and East Point, GA.
